Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Holiday Inn Express McCook. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve and restock cleaning supplies, maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
  • Clean and sanitize all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Change and replace linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums and carpet cleaners.
  • Inspect and report any maintenance issues or concerns to management.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
