Job DescriptionResponsible Tasks
  • Onsite and Offsite Document Destruction: Performs destruction of confidential information using mobile based shredding equipment.
  • Safe Vehicle Operation: Operates a company vehicle in a safe and professional manner, demonstrating proficiency in handling and maneuvering trucks and equipment.
  • Customer Support: Develops and maintains relationships with customers.
  • Record Transportation: Transports documents, equipment, hard drives, supplies, etc. to and from customer locations while adhering to traffic regulations.
  • Maintenance and Safety: Performs mandated daily safety and maintenance checks on truck and shredder equipment, following all safety requirements outlined in company policies.
Requirements
  • Timely Attendance: Consistently reports to work on time, prepared to perform duties of the position.
  • Adaptability: Accepts change in directions as customer needs may change.
  • Productivity and Quality: Meets department productivity and quality standards.
  • Teamwork: Works in a team environment and as an individual contributor.
  • Communication: Receives, comprehends, and responds appropriately to direction.
  • Physical Demands: Moves records from one location to another, utilizing all company security measures.
  • Attendance and Overtime: Works overtime hours as needed, including holidays and weekends if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Background and drug screenings are also mandatory.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
