MPI is looking for a skilled Affordable Housing Asset Specialist to manage existing assets and oversee pre-development and development stages. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for affordable housing and a proven track record in asset, portfolio, or property management.

As part of our team, you will work with two successful real estate firms that prioritize integrity-driven leadership and invest in their employees' growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LIHTC and ground-up affordable housing development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $180,000-$280,000, based on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive package, flexible working arrangements, and the chance to work on innovative affordable housing projects.
