Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and hygiene
  • Support clients with behavioral challenges and complex needs
  • Encourage participation in community activities and favorite pastimes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and multi-tasking skills
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors
  • A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
