Job Summary

Lipari Foods is seeking a highly skilled Quality Supervisor to join our team. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our quality systems to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, certifications, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain compliance with various quality-related programs, including CGMP, environmental monitoring, sanitation, allergen, HACCP, Preventive Controls, product recall, traceability, and internal audits.
  • Assist in quality assurance and quality control programs from receiving to shipment of product.
  • Conduct GMP, Safety, Food Safety, and Pre-Operational inspections.
  • Manage and build a strong quality technician team through coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Support pest control, sanitation, and microbiological testing programs.
  • Document control and record keeping of daily paperwork.
  • Uphold food safety standards.
  • Assist in traceability and recall programs.
  • Serve as back-up to QA Manager/SQF Practitioner.
  • Assist with training programs for GMP, HACCP, HARPC, allergen, food defense, and other food safety-related programs.
  • Assist and participate in auditing programs.
Requirements
  • HACCP Certification required.
  • SQF Practitioner and/or PCQI Certification preferred.
  • High School diploma required.
  • At least one year of experience in Microsoft Office.
  • 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
  • Labeling experience a plus.
