Job SummaryThe Electrophysiology Technologist will perform specialized procedures under the direction of a qualified physician, utilizing fluoroscopy and digital image capture to diagnose and treat heart arrhythmias.
Responsibilities- Perform electrophysiology procedures, including fluoroscopy and digital image capture
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and optimal treatment
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with latest technologies and techniques
- Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular or Radiographic technology
- Montana Radiologic Technologist certification upon hire
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography certification upon hire
- National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist certification upon hire
- National Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist certification upon hire
- National Provider BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire
- 2 years of experience in a cardiovascular laboratory
- 1 year of special procedures or Cath Lab experience
- Electrophysiology technologist experience
