About the Role

At Marksman Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' assets and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deter Criminal Activity: Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to prevent and respond to potential security threats.
  • Protect Property: Patrol designated areas to prevent vandalism, theft, and other forms of property damage.
  • Enforce Rules and Regulations: Ensure that all individuals on the premises are aware of and comply with security protocols and procedures.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and concerns from clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Security License: Must possess a valid Level II, Noncommissioned security license.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Monitoring and Surveillance Experience: Previous experience in monitoring and surveillance is required.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a vehicle as needed.
