Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain exposure to global packaging manufacturing industry
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvement
  • Take leadership over critical projects to drive business growth
  • Assess and identify opportunities for improvement in procurement processes
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement standardization
  • Interface with external customers and suppliers to collect data and implement standardization
  • Challenge the status quo to improve and design new processes
  • Analyze and size the impact of proposed improvements
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in a business field of study such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or Project Management
  • Previous internship experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in process improvement
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
  • Working knowledge of computer application software (training provided if needed)
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in modern desktop office software applications
