Job Overview:

This position is responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess residents' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to address those needs.
  • Provide hands-on care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all aspects of care, including medication administration and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Hold a current RN state license and CPR certification.
  • Have experience in long-term care or a related field.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
