Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Regal Rexnord Corp team as a Materials Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy and the incoming flow of materials, as well as collaborating with other departments to determine supply needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field and at least 2 years of previous experience in a supervisor/ team lead role in a manufacturing environment. They will also possess strong analytical skills and the ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business communications.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations and daily activities relative to materials, shipping/receiving, and inventory.
  • Direct the material handling team to ensure material flow from incoming receiving through inventory put away.
  • Ensure inventory record accuracy through development and audit of inventory control methodologies and cycle count program.
