As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education to patients and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct care to patients, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Providing education to patients and their families on health and wellness topics

Requirements include:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
