Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our faculty as an Assistant Professor of Clinical. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows, and contributing to research initiatives in obstetrics and gynecology.
About the Role:
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a talented team of faculty members, contribute to clinical investigation and research initiatives, and mentor the next generation of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for:
- Clinical Practice: Providing expert care to obstetric and gynecologic patients, including inpatient attending responsibilities at Jackson Holtz Women's & Children's Hospital.
- Education: Teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and participating in curriculum development and evaluation.
- Research: Contributing to clinical investigation and research initiatives, including study design, data analysis, and manuscript preparation.
- Service: Participating in departmental meetings, committees, and governance activities to promote excellence in patient care, education, and research.
Qualifications:
- A MD/DO degree and BE/BC certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in obstetric and gynecologic care.
- An active Florida Medical License.
