**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operational Leadership: Own and execute the annual operational plan for the value stream, ensuring alignment with overall plant goals.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of salaried and hourly employees, including Area Business Leaders and Team Leaders, to achieve top-tier performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion the Appliance Production System philosophy, identifying and eliminating waste while solving complex problems.
  • Quality and Safety Assurance: Ensure that products meet the highest quality standards and that safety protocols are rigorously followed.

**Requirements:**

  • Education & Experience: A BA or BS in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical) or an equivalent degree. A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Green Belt or Black Belt certification, and a proven track record of implementing change and achieving business goals.
