Pilates Instructor

Founded by Tracy Kelly in 2019, +Pilates is a boutique studio dedicated to sharing the transformative power of Pilates with mothers and individuals affected by injuries or chronic illnesses. Our mission is to empower our clients through expert instruction, creating a supportive community that fosters growth and healing.

We are seeking Certified Pilates Instructors to join our team in our fully equipped studios in Montclair and Bloomfield. As a Pilates Instructor, you will deliver our signature Pilates experience to members in small group sessions, focusing on building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

• Teach engaging and challenging Pilates sessions to groups of 3-6 members.
• Monitor member feedback and adjust sessions accordingly to ensure an optimal experience.
• Communicate effectively with the Pilates Manager/Coordinator on scheduling, subbing, and operational matters.
• Bld personal member/client business by promoting our services and fostering strong relationships.

• Certification on all Pilates apparatus and a minimum of 100 hours of teacher training.
• Experience teaching diverse clients and adapting to their needs.
• Ability to build and retain a business while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to work at least four sessions per week and contribute to the growth of our studio.

• $35-$40 per session (one hour).
• Complimentary studio membership.
• Profit-sharing for new client enrollments.
