Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team of clinicians who visit patients and provide geriatric care. As a Speech Therapist at Fox Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously and provide proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults.

Responsibilities

  • Provide geriatric house calls to older adults and deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in geriatric care

Requirements

  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC)
  • Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to wear PPE, including masks, face shields, goggles, gloves, and gowns
  • Integrity, compassion, and enthusiasm
