About the Position
This is a full-time opportunity to work in our Level III NICU. As a Neonatal Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to high-risk infants and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to infants in the NICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

Requirements
- Board certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (NRP)
- 2+ years of experience in NICU care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
