As a key member of our spa and fitness center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Check-in: Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
  • Reservation Management: Schedule reservations for personal training sessions or fitness programs, ensuring accurate and timely communication with members and staff.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain daily standard operating procedures for the opening and closing of the spa and fitness center, including a thorough inspection to ensure the facility is clean, organized, and meets company standards.
  • Rule Enforcement: Monitor club and fitness rules to ensure they are being enforced, promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for all members and guests.
  • Calendar Management: Be aware of the daily calendar for club and fitness activities, responding to fitness-related questions and providing accurate information to members and guests.
  • Member Orientation: Enter member profiles and conduct member orientation for equipment use, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new members.
  • Retail Sales: Sell retail and fitness passes, handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintenance and Safety: Report maintenance and safety issues to a supervisor or maintenance staff, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
  • Facility Knowledge: Become knowledgeable about facility services and programs, encouraging members and guests to dine in the restaurants and participate in spa, salon, and fitness services.

Minimum Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Computer Skills: Computer literate, with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, as well as calculate discounts and percentages.
  • Communication: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memorandums, as well as communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Self-Motivation: Must be self-motivated, follow direction, and able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Problem-Solving: Must demonstrate initiative, with the ability to think, work, solve practical problems, and make independent decisions based on sound judgment.
  • Time Management: Must have good time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards, with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
