As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the efficient loading of customer vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Safely and efficiently load customer vehicles with lumber and other products, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the yard and inventory areas.
  • Load and unload inventory delivery trucks, as well as Bolster delivery trucks, and review/verify paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Operate a Bolster Delivery Vehicle to deliver products to customers who have purchased lumber and other products from ACE HARDWARE.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and personable demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Ability to consistently lift 50lbs or more and participate in group liftings of greater weights.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time while performing duties.
  • Forklift experience a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
  • Valid Driver's License and insurability by Bolster's insurance company.
