Position Summary:


The Retail Operations Supervisor is accountable for managing the daily functions of all retail outlets within the resort to ensure effective and profitable business performance.

This role involves overseeing staff, inventory management, sales strategies, and creating an environment where customers enjoy a pleasant shopping experience.

The ideal candidate should possess strong retail business insight along with effective marketing skills to ensure that the store is stocked with appealing products at competitive price points.

Experience in establishing and managing an online retail platform is essential.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in launching a resort retail outlet.

Experience in developing vendor partnerships for sourcing and purchasing merchandise.

Education:
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft 365 suite.

Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Ability to analyze sales data and formulate strategies to drive sales.

Awareness of retail trends and industry best practices.
