Concrete Finisher

Fessler & Bowman Inc. is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that assist in the completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the completion of projects by performing tasks related to heavy concrete finishing, earthwork, and site utilities.
• Waterproof, finish, and repair concrete in new and existing structures.
• Install items into freshly poured concrete.
• Spread, level, and smooth wet concrete.
• Create concrete forms and use machinery to direct wet concrete into them.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of Concrete Finishing experience required.
• Willingness to learn and follow all safety policies and requirements.
• Ability to climb, kneel, bend, and crawl often, as well as work on ladders, platforms, and mechanical lifts.
• Must be able to understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Travel and Work Environment:

Travel may be required for this position, and the employee must be willing to travel to surrounding job sites. Fessler & Bowman Inc. will compensate a per diem for travel and overnight stay if applicable.

As a Concrete Finisher, you will be subject to various work environments, including high and low temperatures, areas close to traffic, loud and frequent noises, confined spaces, heights, and indoor and outdoor settings.
