We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Counselor to join our dynamic team at Endeavor Health Services in Cheektowaga.

About the Role

In this vital role, you will provide invaluable support and counseling services to individuals and groups, helping them navigate their mental health, substance abuse, and emotional challenges.

Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a healing environment, encouraging personal growth, and empowering our clients to achieve their wellness goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload with individual, family, and group counseling sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, maintaining accurate session notes
  • Meet productivity standards, working as part of an integrated team
  • Lead and manage groups
Requirements
  • Must possess a Master's Degree in a mental health or social work-related field from a recognized institution, eligible for licensure within 18 months of hire (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC-P, etc.)
  • Prior direct service experience is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge base to provide direct clinical service and advisement

A competitive salary range of $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on education, credentials, and experience
