Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer, Ambulatory Care to lead our Ambulatory Care Medical System in Ventura County. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, administration, and operation of our healthcare services, including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Urgent Care Clinics, and Specialty Clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate all clinical and administrative work related to patient-centered and customer-based services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve the system's mission and goals.
  • Supervise and manage a team of senior leaders, including the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Quality Officer.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of healthcare services.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in health or business administration or other closely related field.
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare management, preferably in an executive or administrative capacity.
  • Experience in an executive-level administrative role in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
  • Graduate-level degree in business administration, finance, healthcare management, or closely related field.
