About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Distribution Engineering Manager to join our team and lead the development of construction work packages for the electric distribution system.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with software systems and construction standards, including GIS, CAD tools, WMS, and other client systems.

You will be responsible for providing technical oversight and direction to project teams, as well as serving as a client point of contact and liaison on project-related issues.

This role requires collaboration with other design managers on broad client issues, including schedule adherence and team quality control.

You will also be responsible for overseeing and managing existing capital, reliability, and customer project work for clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

This position requires demonstrated experience leading engineering personnel and proficiency in the NESC and client construction standards.
