  1. About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Personal Trainer to join our team at Vim and Vigor (Formerly) Fitness 19. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a vital role in promoting and delivering exceptional service to our clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals.
  2. Main Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement customized workout programs for clients.
    • Conduct fitness evaluations, orientations, and personal training sessions.
    • Promote personal training services to members and prospective clients.
    • Maintain accurate records of client progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest training methods and equipment.
  3. Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • CPR and AED certification recommended.
    • Certification from a nationally recognized personal training organization.
    • Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Work Environment: The ideal candidate will be able to work a varied schedule, including occasional extended hours, weekends, and holidays, to support the needs of the club.

Benefits: Competitive hourly rate ($20.00 - $35.00), flexible schedule, and opportunities for bonus pay and commission.
