About the Role

As a Water Damage Restoration Specialist at Bright Restore Gp LLC, you will play a critical role in helping families and businesses recover from devastating property damage caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Disaster Recovery Technician - WRT/ASD. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for performing services as assigned while following production guidelines to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way.

In this role, you will work closely with your direct supervisor to ensure that your team is unified and efficient, and that all aspects of restoration work are completed to the highest standard. This includes managing customer satisfaction, representing the brand, and effectively performing all aspects of the production processes.

Key responsibilities include regular vehicle and equipment maintenance and organization, developing production expertise through providing services, maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard, and ensuring clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians.

We offer an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including online mobile courses, flexible scheduling, paid training for career advancement, and opportunity to help people in times of need.
