Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide medical and physical care to our Senior Adult residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily care, advocating for residents, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and building relationships with residents and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical and physical care to Senior Adult residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Advocate for residents and ensure their needs are met
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including laundry and household duties
  • Build relationships with residents and their families, and provide emotional support
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Current CNA certification in NC
  • Ability to read, write, follow oral instructions, and report progress
  • High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required
  • Previous nursing service or long-term care experience preferred
  • Understanding, patience, tact in dealing with the chronically ill
  • A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
