We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Hillspring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care in Springboro, OH. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and responding to changes in patient conditions. You will also oversee the activities of nursing assistants and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional care and quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Oversee the activities of nursing assistants and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and quality service

Requirements:

  • Current Ohio RN certification
  • Strong documentation skills and experience with electronic medical records
  • Instructor-led CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Solid RN work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team and respect all members of the team
  • Positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
  • Patience, understanding, and compassion for those requiring our care
