Department Overview

Our commitment to future growth relies on a keen focus on financial performance, and our Finance team is integral in providing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Team members have the unique opportunity to engage with various business sectors, gaining practical experience in accounting, auditing, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our organization, you will contribute to the financial infrastructure that supports groundbreaking innovations. Your role will involve enhancing processes as we expand our Retail Wireless division and delivering insights into financial performance to facilitate informed decision-making.

Specific duties include:

  • Preparing month-end journal entries to ensure timely and accurate financial closing.
  • Analyzing and explaining variances in monthly income statements and balance sheets.
  • Conducting monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and maintaining detailed reconciliation schedules.
  • Collaborating with IT, Billing, and Business Operations teams to stay informed about the latest product developments.
  • Addressing financial inquiries by collecting, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting relevant data.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree(s) in Accounting.
  • CPA or equivalent certification is advantageous.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong curiosity and willingness to understand complex and evolving business landscapes.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
  • Self-driven with effective problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $63,150.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
