POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of General Laborers to contribute to our expanding workforce. Ideal candidates will possess a strong willingness to learn, a positive demeanor, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Comprehend and follow project directives and plans from construction supervisors
  • Utilize construction tools and equipment efficiently to accomplish daily tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite
  • Safely operate various tools, including rollers, saws, and shovels, while performing tasks such as checking grades and laying pipe
  • Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly cleaned and stored
  • Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Relevant experience in the construction field is preferred
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on different terrains
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Adherence to all company policies and regulations
