Responsibilities- Design and develop AI-powered services that power Copilot
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build next-generation AI products and services
- Ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code
- Find innovative solutions to complex technical issues and adapt to changing requirements
- Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and software engineering
- Experience working with AI platforms, frameworks, and APIs, including machine learning frameworks and language learning models
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and user experience
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience in leveraging complex data, developing sophisticated algorithms, and executing large-scale A/B testing
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development and AI
