  • Maintain advanced knowledge of instrumentation, products, and techniques manufactured and/or distributed by Revvity.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that include scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Allocate and manage project resources effectively.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Track project progress and implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Management and 2-5+ years of project management experience.
  • OR Associate degree in Life Sciences or Business Management and years of project management experience.
  • OR High school or GED and 7-9+ years of project management experience.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Four or more years' experience as a field service representative, Lab MT, or related field.
  • Technically proficient in running IVD assays and an understanding of the basis for these assays.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
