About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Avera Oahe Manor. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily rounds and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications, including IV medications, and make decisions about the use of PRN medications.
  • Notify physicians and next-of-kin of any changes in resident condition.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of SD.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
