Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism.
  • Engage effectively with clients by building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Make informed recommendations for products and services.
  • Meet minimum sales targets.
  • Manage multiple tasks, such as cleaning tanning equipment and welcoming new clients.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team in a lively and fast-paced salon environment while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to bend at the waist for cleaning tanning equipment.
  • Ability to lift or assist in lifting heavy items.
  • Capacity to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc.
  • Ability to perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
