Baker II

We are seeking a skilled Baker II to join our team at Dollywood Parks & Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bakery items, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Produce and decorate a variety of bakery items, including homemade breads, muffins, cookies, cakes, pies, and danishes.
• Act as a quality assurance inspector, ensuring that all food products meet our high standards.
• Follow bakery production schedules to ensure that the proper amount of product is available for guests at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous bakery experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to handle frequent changes in priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds with or without assistance.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
