Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

Covenant Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Acute Care Resident RN to join our team at Covenant Hobbs Hospital. As a member of our medical-surgical acute care team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Mexico or Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
