Vital Life Wellness Center is a privately owned family practice that has been serving the community for nearly 16 years. Founded by Dr. Bernice Gonzalez, a highly regarded functional medicine physician, we are expanding steadily with two locations in the area. Our practice focuses on providing high-quality services rooted in the principles of functional medicine, guiding patients in reclaiming their health, preventing illness, and managing chronic conditions.
Currently, our team comprises 2 medical doctors and 7 nurse practitioners, with a growing patient base of approximately 200 new patients each month. We accept most major insurance plans.
Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with additional hours on Saturdays for specialized services.
Each clinician typically sees around 18 to 20 patients daily during a full clinic day.
We are in search of a board-certified clinician in family medicine with expertise in women's health.
The ideal candidate will be a nurse practitioner with training in family medicine, showing a keen interest in preventive care, women's and men's health, regenerative, and anti-aging medicine. Candidates should preferably be board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine or actively pursuing this certification, with a willingness to continue learning about functional medicine. We seek individuals dedicated to working collaboratively with a team of providers to promote community wellness and preventive health awareness.
