Responsibilities:- Record patient medical history accurately
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
- Observe patients under treatment to identify progress and side effects
- Monitor patients' condition, including fluid intake and output, and compose patient charts
- Assist patients with daily activities, such as eating, bathing, and dressing
- Administer injections, prescribed medications, and enemas as needed
- Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
- Communicate with patients' families and healthcare teams to provide advice and instructions
- Proven experience as an LPN or similar role
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and provide diverse care tasks
- Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and able to handle stress
Competitive hourly rate of $30 (flexible)
