Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Scrum Master for 2-4 scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage demand and provide project support, facilitating smooth operations within the teams.
  • Monitor burn-down metrics, maintain artifacts, and conduct change management while proactively addressing risks and dependencies.
  • Support the Product Owner and Scrum teams in planning and maintaining the Product and Sprint backlogs, as well as organizing ceremonies and creating necessary artifacts.
  • Engage with stakeholders to enhance the quality of deliverables and continuously evolve the Definition of "Done".
  • Educate and mentor the organization on the Scrum framework, tools, and best practices, promoting effective adoption of Agile methodologies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong familiarity with software development processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including user stories and backlog refinement.
  • Exceptional communication and servant leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to fulfill the servant leader role by removing productivity barriers and coaching team members.
  • Effective communication skills to engage diverse, cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Capability to understand and address technical challenges while promoting transparency and accountability.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master in data warehouse migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments.
  • Background in managing enterprise-wide Business Intelligence (BI) deployments.
