We are seeking an Obstetrician Gynecologist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Source Medical, LLC.

About the Role

As an OB/GYN Physician, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in east-central Iowa.

  • Team Composition: Work alongside 1 OBGYN, a Family Medicine Physician trained in c-sections, and a Certified Nurse Midwife.
  • Call Schedule: 1:3 call.
  • Facilities: New outpatient clinic attached to the hospital, access to a da Vinci Xi surgical system, and a 33-bed hospital.
  • Patient Volume: Over 200 annual deliveries, with the potential to grow to 300.
  • Work Schedule: Average of 3.5 days in the clinic and 1 day in the OR, with flexibility based on physician preference.
  • Support Staff: A Level 4 Trauma ED, with 50 employed providers and a team of 350.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with Board Eligibility/Certification in Obstetrics.
  • Eligibility for an unrestricted Iowa medical license.
  • Ability to prescribe and administer medications.
  • Open to new graduates and candidates eligible to work in the U.S. (H1-B cap exempt).
