Society for Photographic Education is seeking an experienced professional to lead our organization as the Director of Visual Arts. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to advance photographic art and ideas.

Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership: Provide overall direction and management for the organization's visual arts programs, exhibitions, and events.
  2. Fundraising and Development: Cultivate relationships with donors, members, volunteers, and funding organizations to secure financial support for the organization's initiatives.
  3. Operational Management: Oversee the planning and execution of organizational and financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and supervising a part-time staff member.

The ideal candidate will have experience in arts administration or organizational management, strong leadership and fundraising skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
