Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

1. Evaluates, analyzes, generates, and presents reports on healthcare processes and patient outcomes to identify and prioritize areas for enhancement.

2. Utilizes current knowledge of FACT and other external standards to support the Program's ongoing compliance and readiness for accreditation.

3. Engages in initiatives to establish and maintain organizational readiness for regulatory compliance with FACT accreditation.

4. Takes primary responsibility for confirming cross-organizational adherence to CoC and FACT accreditation standards.

5. Coordinates accreditation application submissions and prepares for accreditation surveys, including post-survey follow-up.

6. Leads and supports the enhancement of clinical and service quality within the Program, including the development and monitoring of quality improvement processes.

7. Conducts, reviews, and reports audits and validations to ensure compliance with the Quality Management Program and operational policies.

8. Provides reports to Program and medical directors regarding deviations from standard operating procedures, including impacts on quality and cost of care.

9. Collaborates with other departments to ensure the Program remains current with standards from external organizations.

Required Qualifications
  1. Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing school or related healthcare degree.
  2. Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  3. Required: Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a hospital environment.
  4. Preferred: Experience in Quality Management, FACT, TJC, and bone marrow transplant programs.
