Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to prioritize patient care interventions.
  • Mentor and support colleagues through precepting, orientation, and conflict resolution.
  • Floating between units at NHRMC to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Two years of acute nursing experience required.
Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on qualifications and location.
