Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hydro Blasting Operations Specialist to join our team at USA DeBusk, LLC.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of the whole body for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials in industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and set-up all necessary cleaning equipment, including high-pressure pumps, in-service line hydro-blasting, and vacuum, in accordance with operational guidelines and safety procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including personal protective gear.
  • Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and heavy industrial settings.
  • Manually clean, install, fit, repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all other external and internal equipment on tanks.
  • Assist in the inspection of equipment, hoses, connections, pumps, and general work area prior to starting any job, informing supervisor of deficiencies that may cause accidents, injuries, or lost productivity.
Requirements
  • Hydro blasting or pressure cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
  • General labor experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel for extended periods of time.
  • Must have a valid TWIC card or be able to obtain one.
  • Valid driver's license or identification card.
  • Must pass a hair follicle drug screen.
  • Respond to emergency calls 24 hours, 7 days a week if called upon.
  • Ability to work for extended periods of time within a confined space, in extreme temperature environments, and at high elevation.
  • Ability to perform duties in accordance with training and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to understand and follow specific procedures and directions.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50lb hoses.
  • Successfully complete drug screen, pre-employment physical, and all required background checks.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
