About the Role

The Mammography Technologist will play a vital role in assisting radiologists and primary practitioners in obtaining high-quality mammograms and general radiographs for interpretation. This position requires a strong understanding of departmental policies and procedures, as well as the ability to perform tasks and duties outlined in the Radiology Department's Policy and Procedure Manual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist radiologists and primary practitioners in obtaining high-quality mammograms and general radiographs
  • Perform tasks and duties outlined in the Radiology Department's Policy and Procedure Manual
  • Assist in assigned administrative tasks
  • Maintain clinical competencies through participation in educational and orientation programs
Requirements
  • Montana Radiologic Technologist certification
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification
  • National Registered Technologist - Mammography certification within 1 year of hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
