Role Overview: Under the guidance of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) Program Manager, the Intelligence Analyst will play a pivotal role in addressing the strategic analytical needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate tailored intelligence reports and briefs that meet specific client requirements, including daily intelligence updates, weekly social media analyses, and monthly performance metrics.
- Deliver concise written and verbal assessments that provide valuable insights.
- Assist in creating targeted briefings, presentations, and communication documents.
- Monitor and manage travel arrangements to high-risk areas.
- Elevate actionable intelligence and significant information to relevant client stakeholders.
- Comprehend the client's operational landscape to proactively address their needs.
- Collaborate effectively with the client's security personnel and key stakeholders.
- Support the development of client-specific solutions, processes, and protocols.
- Manage client expectations while utilizing existing Crisis24 resources to fill analytical gaps.
- Propose enhancements to the EIS program to the manager.
- Engage daily with team members to ensure cohesive operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned within the client program scope.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, security operations, or related fields.
Skills Required:
- Strong critical thinking, risk analysis, and incident management capabilities.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and SharePoint.
- Experience with international travel is preferred.
Work Environment: The role requires extended periods of sitting in a Security Operations Center environment.
