About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Mary Marshall Assisted Living, a community that provides outstanding care to older adults with intellectual disabilities or mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a comfortable and safe environment.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to ensure the facility remains in good condition.
  • Provide companionship and human interaction to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a healthcare environment and adhere to COVID-19 protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Adequate physical strength, endurance, and coordination to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
