**Job Summary:**
Provide maintenance support to our facility and automated equipment in a safe and effective manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support various pieces of automated equipment, robotics, and general maintenance (i.e., facility lighting, plumbing, and grounds)
* Rebuild resistance welding components and troubleshoot equipment
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Follow all facility procedures and safe work practices by fully participating in our safety programs
* Grease and lube equipment, perform diagnostics, and maintain broken equipment
* Relocate power lines/supply to different buildings and decommission electrical panels
* Troubleshoot instrumentation problems, perform new installations, and calibrate/tune process equipment
* Troubleshoot PLCs
* Fabricate custom components for production equipment

**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Associate degree or higher in Electrical or Instrumentation
* 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a plant environment
* Strong computer skills
* Experience with PLC controls - Beckhoff preferred
* Experience with resistance welding
* Strong instrumentation, electrical, and/or mechanical experience preferred
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Experience with technical software packages - Safety, Control, VFD, HMI, Modeling
* Experience working in a safety-conscious work environment
* History of good attendance
