About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior-Level Visual Communications Specialist to join our team at Chenega MIOS SBU. As a key member of our Enterprise Multimedia Center, you will be responsible for providing graphic services to support the readiness of the American Soldier.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful conceptualization, development, and execution of visual communications.
  • Consult with clients to clarify graphic products and services available to meet their needs.
  • Develop and implement visual communications strategies to support key messages and strengthen brand identity.
  • Optimize image and video assets for digital and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers and junior designers to develop and implement visual communications plans.
  • Supervise and guide the activities of team members, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as fine arts, graphic design, or visual communications.
  • 10+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
  • Background check required and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance within 6 months of hire.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff, government personnel, and management.
  • Experience translating business needs into marketing solutions and ability to work independently on a variety of projects under pressure.
