Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Complete Care of Milford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center.

This is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our rehabilitation setting. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote patient independence and overall well-being.

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Participate in staff meetings and education sessions to stay current on best practices and new developments in long-term care.

• Valid RN license in the State of New Jersey.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for working with older adults.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
