Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Dynamic Manufacturing. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean, disinfect, and sanitize all workspaces, including manufacturing areas, washrooms, and general areas.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins, and properly dispose of cleaning supplies and waste.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate floor scrubbers, vacuum sweepers, and buffers to maintain clean floors.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure all cleaning and sanitation work is performed to the highest standards, adhering to company quality and environmental policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Skills: Ability to operate cleaning equipment, knowledge of cleaning products and tools, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Working Conditions

Fast-paced climate-controlled environment with standing and walking for extended periods.
